• Account info: your email address and the display name (username) you choose.
• Shipping info: recipient name, street address, city, state, ZIP, and country — collected so we can mail your redeemed packs.
• Gameplay data: your lineups, contest entries, scores, and Bazooka Bucks balance.
• Usage data: device type, browser, and basic analytics events (e.g. button taps) to improve the app.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
• To score your lineups, track your standings, and award Bazooka Bucks.
• To ship physical packs to the address you provide at redemption.
• To send service emails (verification codes, password resets, and important account notices).
• To aggregate and anonymize data for product analytics and improvement.

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not share your data for third-party marketing or advertising.
• We do not use your shipping address for anything beyond fulfilling your redemption orders.
• We do not display your email or real name to other players — only your chosen display name and avatar.

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (available under Profile → Danger Zone), we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. fraud-prevention records).

If you are a California, Colorado, Virginia, or other qualifying state resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect about you and how it's used.
• Delete your personal data (via account deletion in the app).
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal data — we don't sell or share it, so no opt-out is needed, but the right is yours.
• Non-discrimination — we won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.

BZKA Daily Fantasy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 13 years old. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account. This removes your personal data, lineups, and Bucks balance. The action cannot be undone.

We do not sell your personal information, as "sale" is defined under CCPA. No opt-out cookie or link is required because there is nothing to opt out of — but this section is here so you know your rights are respected.

BZKA Daily Fantasy exposes a limited set of public app data — league names, contest details, and player pool information — through an API that AI assistants (such as ChatGPT or Claude) can read via our public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. This is the same public information any visitor can see in the app. It does not include your account email, shipping address, lineups, scores, or Bazooka Bucks balance — those remain private to your account.
